You’re In! Your Day of Embodied Awakening Awaits.

Thank you for making space for yourself.

A day to step away from the noise.
To listen to your body.
To reconnect with what matters within you.

Whether this is your first experience or a return to a familiar practice, you are welcome exactly as you are.

We’re grateful to share this day with you.

Step 3 — Prepare to Receive the Day

You don’t need to arrive with answers or expectations.

Wear comfortable clothing, have water nearby, and give yourself a little space before the day begins to settle in.

For online participation, choose a quiet spot with room for gentle movement and a comfortable chair.

The practices can be done standing or seated, with rest whenever you need it. No previous Qigong or meditation experience is required.

Return to the practice afterward. Day Pass registrations include 24-hour replay access once the recording is available. VIP registrations include lifetime recording access.

Take a breath. Let this be the beginning of making room for yourself.

We look forward to welcoming you on October 4.

With appreciation,
Master Mingtong Gu & The Chi Center Team
